To be able to print labels from Portal, you must have an active printer set on your profile.
To choose a default printer:
- Click on your name in the top-right corner.
- Select Profile.
- Click the Preferences tab.
- Select a default Barcode or RFID printer based on your needs.
- Select Update to save the changes.
The next time you print a label from Portal, the labels will be printed from the selected default printer.
If you work in multiple stores with different printers, be sure to change the default label printer before printing so that the print job is sent to the correct printer.
