This article provides some troubleshooting tips related to Scan & print.

Error message	Cause	Troubleshooting steps
Couldn't print the scanned barcode. Please try again later.	This occurs if there is some issue in connecting to the printer.	1. Check if printer is online. 2. Try to print a barcode from Portal, then try again in FrontZapp.
Please select a default printer in Portal before you print from this app.	This occurs if you have not set a default barcode printer.	Go to Profile (under Preferences) in Portal and select a default barcode printer.
No printers available. Please, check your printer settings or try again later.	This occurs when the app is unable to retrieve the list of printers.	1. Check if the store has a print agent configured. 2. Check if the store has at least one printer configured.
