Overview
Brand Reports allows Company Admins to generate and automate email delivery of sales and stock reports for specific brands and for specific stocks. These reports can be scheduled on a weekly or monthly basis, ensuring timely insights for your vendor, team or partner.
How to Access the Brand Report Feature
- Log into https://portal.frontsystems.com
- Go to Reports > Brand Reports
NB! Ensure you are logged in as a Company Admin.
Setting Up a Brand Report

Enter a name
- This will be the name of the report you are setting up. Ex. Monthly sales report for Ralph Lauren

Choose a Report Type

- Sales Report: Provides sales transaction data for the selected brand(s).
- Stock Report: Offers insights into inventory levels and items requiring replenishment for the selected brand(s).

Enter Front API-key
- Generate an API-key from Admin > Integration User or contact support@frontsystems.com.

Add Recipients
- Enter the email addresses of the individuals or teams who should receive the report.
- Separate multiple email addresses with commas.

Set the Schedule
- Decide whether the report should be sent weekly or monthly.

Select stocks
- You can choose one or multiple stocks to be included in the report.

Select the Brand
- Choose the brand(s) you wish to generate reports for from the available dropdown list.
- You can select multiple brands if needed.

Save to activate
- Review your settings and click OK.
Managing Existing Brand Reports
- Navigate to the Brand Reports to view all active reports.
- Edit: Update brands, report types, recipients, or schedules.
- Delete: Permanently remove the report.
