If the customer pays with cash or a manual type of payment (such as manual bank payment, manual gift card / voucher), the payment can be deleted from the sale after being registered. This can be useful in cases where an error has been made.
N.B.Bank card transactions can't be removed from a sale once the transaction has gone through.
Do the following:
- Select Payments in the upper middle section
- Swipe the finger to the left on the payment method you want to remove
- Hit Delete
