This article focuses on how to upload sales, settlements and logs in the eventuality of POS being offline.
Do the following:
- Tap More and then select POS.
- Scroll down on the right side of the screen and tap Advanced.
- Under Logs, tap Data Upload Log.
- Here you can toggle between Sent and Unsent tabs for sales, settlements and logs.
- Select Sales and Not sent tabs (highlighted in blue) to view all the sales that have not been sent.
- Pull or swipe down to send 'all' the unsent sales.
- You can also send a single sale by swiping left and tapping Re-send.
- All sales that have not been sent will now be uploaded.
