3. Profile

This section provides profile information and allows you to further configure your profile.

It contains three tabs:

  • About
  • Preferences
  • Security

Use the About tab to update personal information, such as your mobile number, email/username or upload a profile picture and such.

Use the Preferences tab to set the language to be used in Portal and also set a default printer. If you have not selected a default printer on your profile you will not be able to print labels.

Use the Security tab to update your password.

If your user has access to several stores and you will be printing labels from different stores, you must remember to switch the default printer to a printer that is available in the store you are currently logged into.
