Here is a list of possible solutions for login issues:
You do not have access to Portal
Contact your manager and ask if you have been given the correct access to Portal. Verify that your user has been created and an email invitation has been sent.
You haven't accepted the invitation
If your manager has sent you an invitation, you need to accept the invitation. Once accepted, your user status in Portal will be Active.
Confirm that the registered email address in Portal is correct.
Incorrect username or password
Confirm that the registered email address in Portal is correct.
If you have forgotten your password, click on Forgot Password button on the login page to receive an email with a link to password reset page.
