How to process a sale
- Start a +New sale and scan items.
- Select the payment type.
- Then tap Done (thumbs up icon) to complete the sale.
- If the customer pays more then the sales amount, select one of the pay back options to return the amount due and complete the sale.

Payment types
Cash payment
- Start a +New sale and scan items.
- Tap the Cash icon.
- Enter the amount received from the customer and select Done.
- Tap Done (thumbs up icon) to finish the sale.
Card payment
- Start a +New sale and scan items.
- Tap the Card icon.
- Wait for the card payment process to be approved.
- Once approved, the transaction is completed and a receipt will be printed.
Multiple payments
A customer can use multiple payment methods in a single transaction. For example, cash and card, cash and a gift card or two different cards and such.
To accept multiple payment methods in POS, do the following:
- Start a +New sale and scan items.
- Tap Cash icon.
- Enter the amount received from the customer. This will now be deducted from the total sales price.
- Tap the Card icon to pay the remaining amount and select Done to complete the sale.
Cancel a sale
- To cancel a sale, tap More ... and then tap Cancel sale.
- The sale is now cancelled and you will be redirected to the start screen.
Park a sale (put a sale on standby)
Parking a sale lets you hold the purchase for the customer during which you can process other sales and return to that transaction later.
- Add one or more items to a sale.
- Tap More ... and then tap Park sale.
- You will now be redirected to the start screen on the POS and a Parked icon will appear.
- Select the Parked icon to see a list of all parked sales.
- Select the relevant sale from the list and proceed with the sale in the usual way.
Remove a sales line
- Add items to a sale.
- Hold and swipe left on an item you wish to remove from the sale.
- Tap Delete.
- The sales line is now been removed from the sale.
