In this article:
Returns (non-defective items)
Register a return with a barcode label on the sales receipt:
1. Start a +New Sale.
2. Scan the barcode on the receipt.
3. Then select the item(s) being returned.
4. The item will be automatically set to Return to Inventory .
5. Finish with Thumbs Up / Done.
6. Repay the customer with the appropriate type of settlement.
The return is now registered and the item will be restocked.
Register a return without a receipt:
1. Start a +New Sale.
2. Scan the price tag of the item.
3. Then tap on the item that is added to the sales window.
4. Tap Return to inventory.
5. Tap Done.
6. Repay the customer with the selected settlement form.
The return is now registered and the item will be restocked.
Return faulty/defective items
Register a return for a faulty item with a barcode label on the sales receipt:
1. Start a +New Sale.
2. Scan the barcode on the receipt.
3. Then select the item(s) being returned.
4. Tap Return defect item.
5. Tap Done.
6. Repay the customer with the appropriate type of settlement.
The item will not be restocked.
Register a return for a faulty product without a receipt:
1. Start a +New Sale.
2. Scan the price tag of the product.
3. Then tap on the item that is added to the sales window.
4. Tap Return defect item .
5. Tap Done.
6. Repay the customer with the selected settlement form.
The item will not be restocked.
