In this article, you will learn how to manage the texts on different receipts.
To add or edit text, do the following:
- Navigate to Settings under the Admin menu.
- Click the submenu Company and then Company-level POS settings tab.
- Now, click Receipt texts tab to add or edit text on the different types of receipts.
- Click Save once done.
How to add receipt text that differs from other stores in the company?
In certain instances, you might want to use a receipt text for a store that is different from the text defined at company level.
To override the text, navigate to Store-level POS settings > Receipt texts.
Select Overridden on the relevant receipt text and enter the value.
This overridden text will now be applied to that store only.
All other stores in that company will use the value defined at company level.
N.B.
POS app must be updated for the changes to take effect at once.By default, the POS will be updated every 15 minutes.
