A product transfer can be performed directly from the Catalog, especially when items lack barcodes or barcode scanning is not feasible.
Do the following:
- Navigate to Catalog and select the relevant product.
- On Product details page, click Transfer.
- Initiate the transfer between two stocks by choosing 'Quantity' and 'Receiving stock' in the Transfer window.
This approach is ideal for situations where barcodes are missing or unavailable, as the transfer is based on size and quantity rather than barcode scanning.
N.B.
If your stock has the setting 'Allow Direct Transfers = OFF', product transfers must then be processed manually through FrontZapp > Product Transfers.The transfer request will appear under the Pending tab, awaiting manual confirmation and receipt before finalizing the transfer.
