Overview of all customers

In this article:

Search customer

On the Customers page, you will find a search bar at the top-right corner.

You can lookup customers using name, telephone number, e-mail address.

Export customer

You can export customer data such as name (first and last), address, bonus points, etc. to a CSV file (Comma Separated Value).

Do the following: 

1. Navigate to Send SMS under Customers.

2. Click Find customers!.

3. You can now download the list of customers by clicking download as a file.

Customer consent

What does Opted In and Opted Out mean?

According to the new Personal Data Act and GDPR, if the customer has given their consent to save personal data, then it must be displayed as Opted In.

If the customer has withdrawn consent, it should be displayed as Opted Out.
