How do I send SMS to customers

Do the following:

1. Navigate to Send SMS under Customers menu.

2. Click Find customers!.

3. Select customers that will be receiving the SMS, possibly everyone on the list.

4. Add the desired text in the message box.

5. Select the checkbox for Send with link to personal GDPR Profile.

6. Once done, click Send SMS.

We recommend sending a test message to yourself before sending it out to customers. Enter the phone number in the Test number field and then click Send test.
