To void a delivery, do the following:
- Navigate to Deliveries (Flow of goods > Deliveries).
- Click on the relevant delivery.
- Click on the ellipsis icon (...) in the top-right corner and then click Void delivery.
- A confirmation dialog box will be displayed.
- To confirm, enter comments and click Void delivery.
N.B.
A voided delivery will be listed as read-only to prevent further changes to the order.The delivery will be marked as Voided but will continue to be available on Deliveries page under the All tab.
